2. Upload your artwork: Use an AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, JPG or PNG file as the source.
3. Select the position: Depending on the item, place the design on the chest, back, sleeve, collar or cap.
4. Add wording: Include a name, initials, job title or department.
5. Check the preview: Review the position, scale, thread colours and spelling.
6. Complete your order: We check new artwork before it reaches production.

Please note: The on-screen preview shows the intended layout, but it is not the final machine embroidery file. We prepare and review the technical production file afterwards.

4. Test and refinement: New programmes are technically checked and tested on a suitable material when required.
5. Production: Modern Tajima industrial embroidery machines stitch the prepared design.
6. Final inspection: We examine the embroidery, position and finish before dispatch.
